A1: J2S furnishes full turnkey solutions—from space planning and CAD design through custom manufacture, delivery. Our in-house design & product teams manage every detail (furniture, lighting, décor, materials), ensuring 100% fidelity from concept to finished fit-out.

A2: We back all our restaurant furniture with a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. 
 
Q3: What are your payment terms?
A3: Standard T/T: 50% deposit to confirm, 50% balance on "inspection-OK" photos prior to shipping. We also accept L/C, AliPay, and multiple currencies via our J2S account.
 
Q4: Do your prices include shipping?
A4: Quoted EXW or FOB. You're free to choose your own freight forwarder, or we can arrange delivery via our vetted logistics partners to 200+ countries. 
 
Q5: What happens during your 8–12 week lead time?

1. Production Planning—J2S project team sets a clear schedule. 
2. Quality Oversight—Our QC team issues inspection reports at every stage (cutting, assembly, finishing, upholstery, packing). 
3. Progress Updates—Your project assistant shares regular photos/videos and hosts review calls as needed.
 
Q6: Can you expedite delivery?
A6: Yes—fast-track options depend on clear, rapid communication and an agreed accelerated schedule.
 
Q7: How is my order packaged and labeled? 
A7: Every piece is professionally crated with anti-shock padding. Each box is clearly labeled with project ID and product code to streamline receiving.
 
Q8: Can you upholster with customer-supplied fabric (COM)?
A8: Absolutely. We accommodate COM or designer fabrics/leathers—though we recommend durable, commercial-grade materials (CFS) to optimize cost and longevity.
 
Q9: Do you offer stock programs for repeat orders? 
A9: Yes. We maintain batch-manufactured stock runs of your standard designs and can hold approved materials (wood, fabric, metal, etc.) for up to 2 years post-project to support fast reorders.
 
Q10: What's the lead time for a mock-up booth or sample room? 
A10: 40–50 days after deposit receipt, materials approval, and shop-drawing sign-off.
